Good location, right on the side of the square! No breakfast, no kitchen, no toiletries, no slippers, no parking, it took a long time to find the hotel by car! The nearest paid parking lot is 10 minutes walk and 10 euros a night! The facilities are more general, the water heater can only be rushed by two people, and the third person has to wait for a long time! very inconvenient! C's service is too bad, communication is not timely, and understanding ability is seriously problematic! Never go abroad to book a hotel on C!
The location is in the center, the supermarket is convenient, and the bar and food street is downstairs. It's just too noisy, and there are people singing and making noise in the middle of the night. You have to park downstairs in a nearby big supermarket. There is a discount of 8 Euro per night for a day ticket.
The breakfast is simple but more attentive, and the location is excellent. The front entrance of the hotel is the commercial center, and the back entrance is not more than 5 minutes' walk up the mountain to reach the old town. There is a free parking lot, and the service is superb, helping iron the clothes for free. Great choice in Zagreb.

Near BanJelačić. It was an old building, so I knew there was no elevator, but the room was smaller than I thought. Soundproofing is not good, but usually very quiet The breakfast is very neat. The hotel is located west of the city center, about 10-15 minutes walk to the Christmas market. The parking lot is small, and the fee is capped at 20 Euros a day. I had to confirm my order carefully at the front desk. I arrived at the room and found that the double bed room was replaced with a double bed. When I returned to the front desk to change, they also argued with me that the reservation was a double bed, until I took out the booking confirmation letter. The double bed room was reluctant to change.
The hotel as a whole is very good, but at first glance it is the old hotel, the lobby and the exterior are still relatively high-end, but after going upstairs, there will be some sense of time in the corridor.........

Wir haben ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht, und gebeten, ein Zimmer in den Innenhof zu bekommen (Straßenlärm-Alarm). Wir wurden in eine Superior Suite upgegraded - Zimmer 301 - es war so schön still dass wir jede Nacht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. Checkin sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer- und besonders Badeinrichtung Top. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr hübsch, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, aber die Auswahl war jetzt nicht überwältigend, aber fein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, nur diesmal würden wir das Zimmer direkt via Hotelwebsite buchen.

This is my second stay at the Livris and once again they did not disappoint! The single rooms are small but perfect for what I needed! They are clean with a small bar fridge. The breakfast they serve is amazing…the staff serving are so friendly and the breakfast has a lot of options from cereal, eggs, yoghurt, meat and various cheeses. They will even make a fried egg if you ask. The entire staff there is what makes the Livris…so friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. My friend left her chargers there and when we emailed them to advise we recieved and email immediately back saying they had it covered… they were at the front desk with her name on it! They knew we were coming back in 2 weeks. So efficient and super nice!

I’ve stayed in a few doubletrees and found them to be very consistent. The room was clean, spacious, modern with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The restaurant served some really lovely food and the staff were very pleasant too. I was traveling for business so I don’t know much about it’s location for tourism but overall I had a nice stay. One question though - where was my warm cookie on arrival doubletree?! 😉
The location, environment, hygiene and service are all very good. It's just that there is no kettle in the room, so you can't drink hot water 🤣

It's about 10 minutes drive from the tourist spot. Very good facilities and services. But when the outside sound closed the door and opened it, It's not that different. It's clear to you talking outside the door. And it sounds like it's closed by the side. Sound insulation is zero ... I booked because I wanted to rest quietly And that's what I think I should take into account.
Location of the hotel is very good as the center is on walking distance (10-15). Several restaurants and supermarkets also near and a wineshop almost next door. There is a tram track in front of the hotel so if your room is near the front you may get some noise. Room is small and bathroom even more smaller but just ok. Breakfast is decent. Can be refilled quicker perhaps when its gets busy. Rooms can be a bit noisy so as we could listen to the conversations of our neigbours.
Brought two nights, a very cost-effective hotel, about 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 15 minutes' walk from the city center. The waiters have a very good attitude and the breakfast is delicious!

The hotel is not bad, no photos of the hotel, only the surrounding area. The breakfast is pure Western style. The room was small and could not accommodate an extra bed. Our child was 10 years old and it was not bad to stay overnight. There is a fountain square about 200 meters out of the hotel location, and it will be very comfortable to sit in the evening. There is also an Asian restaurant. After spending half a month in Croatia, we came back and had an authentic Chinese meal in this restaurant.

Вежливый персонал, хороший завтрак: кофе- чай, соки, омлет, круасссаны, колбаски, йогурты, масло-сыр, хлопья. Обедали и ужинали в центре, рестораны отличные. Везде были рождественские ярмарки.
